I PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

If the required information is not provided, the user may not be able to register and manage the registration of an Individual Customer Account; it may also be impossible to use some of the functions or services available through the Online Store Website. At the same time, the user undertakes that the personal data provided in the forms of the Online Store are true. k. bank account number, in the event of a complaint or request for return of goods.

Data are collected as a result of contact via e-mail, the contact form available on the Online Store website or regular post, when the data subject sends a query to the Administrator or other correspondence. The administrator may process the data of this person resulting from the indicated correspondence, they include, in particular: name, surname, e-mail address, correspondence address.

Withdrawal of consent does not cause any negative consequences for the User of the Online Store; however, it may prevent the continuation of using and exercising the services or functionalities that the Online Store may legally provide only with consent.

    You have the right to request INTEREXISTENCE to limit the processing of data when you question the correctness of personal data - for a period allowing INTEREXISTENCE to check the correctness of such data; when the processing of data by INTEREXISTENCE is unlawful (in case when you prefer INTEREXISTENCE to limit the use of your data, instead of deleting it); when INTEREXISTENCE no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but you need them to establish, assert or defend claims, you will object to the processing of your data for purposes arising from legitimate interests pursued by the administrator or by a third party - until it is determined whether the legitimate grounds on the part of the administrator override the grounds of your objection.
